Queens of STEM
“Queens of STEM” is a Future Kings initiative. The program’s main purpose is to encourage girls to pursue educational and training opportunities that will prepare them for future STEM careers. Future Kings is reaching out and offering these opportunities to girls who are pre-college students from underserved communities.

Participants in the program will receive age-appropriate, hands-on instruction. Students will develop 21stcentury STEM skills. This will prepare them for college and future employment opportunities in STEM professions.
Participants in the “Queens of STEM” program will receive classroom training and project-based learning. Students will go on field trips that will encourage them to explore STEM career opportunities. Guest speakers and mentoring will encourage them to achieve academic excellence that will prepare them for college and future STEM careers. Through the program, girls will develop two sets of skills. |
