Healthcare and biomedical research suffer from persistent gaps in diversity. Many students lack early access to lab experiences, scientific mentorship, and applied research opportunities.

Academic & Industry Alignment
The Future Kings Biomedical Sciences Program delivers college-level biomedical concepts in an age-appropriate, hands-on format. The curriculum has been approved by the American Council on Education (ACE), allowing eligible students to earn college credit upon successful completion.
The program is developed in collaboration with industry and research partners, including Athari BioSciences, and has received grant support from organizations such as the Illumina Foundation and GO Virginia to strengthen the life sciences workforce pipeline.
